Taxation Services

I Allottment of PAN number

Procedure

1. At your request to obtain PAN.
2. We shall e-mail you the standard format in which you are required to furnish us details specified therein.
3 .You shall furnish information to us by e-mail.

Based on this information

1. We shall prepare and e-mail application for obtaining Permanent Account Number.
2. Which you shall download, sign and send it to us for submission to the Income-tax Department.
3. We shall obtain the number and PAN Card and send it to you.

PAN Card Utilities

1. Required for transactions in shares, mutual funds, debentures etc.
2. Required for property transactions.
3. Required for claiming refund of income tax.
4. Required for depositing income tax and filing income tax returns.
5. Required for banking transactions

II Filing of Return of Income

Procedure

1. At your request to file Return of Income.
2. We shall e-mail you the standard format in which you are required to furnish us details of Income.
3. You shall furnish information to us by e-mail.

Based on this information

1. We shall compute your tax liability or refund.
2. Email you the Return of Income.
3. Which you shall download, sign it and send with the required enclosures.
4. We shall file the Return, attend the assessment, obtain the Assessment Order and inform you the tax liability or refund

III Wealth Tax

Wealth Tax Act contains the provisions relating to taxation of wealth of various persons.

IV Capital Gains

Capital gains arising from the transfer of a capital asset being shares or debentures of an Indian company, gold, Immovable property and any other capital asset.
